Incidents and requests will come through ServiceNow and may involve AV configuration changes, Wi-Fi connectivity issues, new equipment integrations, or vendor coordination. The role also supports conference room reservation panels, manages and updates digital signage using the TCN platform, and partners closely with internal operations and maintenance teams for room setups. In addition, this technician will provide documentation, basic training, and user guidance for employees, presenters, and guests, requiring strong customer service and communication skills.
