Duties include ordering, storing, labeling, rotating, and tracking kitchen supplies; monitoring coffee machines; and conducting routine inventory counts. The position also oversees mailroom operations by receiving, sorting, distributing, and tracking incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, handling postage needs, and maintaining organized storage areas. Additional responsibilities include assisting Administrative Assistants with meeting and training setups (including coffee, water, light refreshments, and lunch catering), providing scheduled front-desk coverage to greet visitors, route calls, and maintain lobby appearance, and keeping copy and print centers organized and fully stocked. Working under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, this role follows established procedures and service timelines, interacts regularly with internal teams and visitors, exercises initiative to prioritize tasks and resolve routine issues, and identifies minor process improvements related to inventory, mail handling, or vendor follow-ups for managerial review.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
