Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to join one of the top healthcare organizations in the Tri-State area. This person will support the Analytics & Reporting team by extracting, analyzing,... and translating large volumes of Epic data into clear, actionable insights for leadership, clinical, and operations teams. This role focuses on patient access metrics including scheduling, referrals/orders, CRM activity, provider utilization, and patient portal usage, and is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Web Intelligence. The analyst partners with cross-functional teams to design reporting solutions, deliver ad hoc and standardized analyses, and identify trends to support operational decision-making. This individual ensures data accuracy and integrity through ongoing validation, maintains reporting documentation, and adheres to strict compliance and confidentiality standards related to PHI.
