Position Summary The Utilities Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, operational oversight, and performance management of utility systems and infrastructure services... supporting Fluidstack?s Model T manufacturing facility. This role serves as the primary operational leader for utility readiness, service continuity, outage coordination, utility vendor alignment, and infrastructure support across the site. Working under the direction of the Operations Manager ? Facilities, the Utilities Operations Lead ensures that critical utility systems remain aligned to production requirements, workforce ramp, equipment readiness, facility operations, and long-term operational stability. The Utilities Operations Lead partners closely with Facilities, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Safety Operations, Digital Systems Integration, and Fluidstack site stakeholders to ensure utility services are visible, reliable, coordinated, and responsive to operational demand.
