This role will primarily support the service and customer support side of the business, assisting with ticketing, customer communications, order tracking, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers?including handling escalated or upset customers professionally.Key Responsibilities? Support the service and customer support team with daily administrative tasks? Manage and update support tickets using Salesforce (service side)? Assist with customer communications, including drafting clear, professional, and well-thought-out emails? Support ticketing workflows and service operations within Salesforce? Maintain and populate lists and logs using Excel and Microsoft Office Suite? Pull service, order, and activity logs as needed? Track orders shipped and support related documentation? Assist with general administrative duties in a dynamic, team-based environment?
