We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to lead the field execution of all mechanical systems for a large-scale life sciences construction project. This individual will be responsible... for overseeing mechanical construction activities from rough-in through startup, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.The Mechanical Superintendent will serve as the primary field leader for HVAC, cleanroom systems, process piping, central utility plants, hydronic systems, laboratory environments, exhaust systems, and other complex mechanical infrastructure. This role requires close collaboration with project management, MEP leadership, trade partners, commissioning teams, design consultants, and owners throughout the project lifecycle.
