Lead and schedule finishing personnel to meet production targets and delivery deadlines? Monitor product quality and workmanship, ensuring finished goods meet specifications and customer standards? Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve defects, rework issues, or workflow constraints? Ensure proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of finishing equipment and work areas? Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and compliance with environmental and quality standards? Track labor hours, materials, and production output; report progress and issues to managementTrain and coach team members on finishing techniques, quality expectations, and safe work practices.
