The role holder will be responsible for managing GHS Stakeholder Customer requests and providing consultations including: Collect and understand stakeholder requirements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications. Analyze existing data to identify patterns, trends, deviations, and key metrics that help assess the impact of a potential issue.
