The contractors will be working closely with the FT employees where each contractor will be assigned to a FT engineer working with 3-5 nodes at a time. The contractor is there to add support to the engineers. Scope of project: ultimate goal within this entire project is to build new sites. By doing this they need to start out with the basics such as filing forms and filling tickets and getting it built. It gets complicated once we are testing putting traffic on it.
