This system is responsible for the collection of over $85B in duties, taxes, and fees each year. To support development and implementation of enhancements to this tool, our team is providing Agile project management, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, training, and stakeholder engagement services. This position reports directly to the team Project Manager and provides in-person support to the client located in the Indianapolis office. The Business Analyst is responsible for engaging with stakeholders to refine requirments, oversee system testing, prepare client briefing materials, and assist with user acceptance training. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience consulting with federal customers, and be able to drive stakeholder meetings and engagement.
