This individual will be responsible for the development and management of store specific building design based on company... proto-type and standards in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Accountable in managing architectural and other third party support consultants in the development of store specific construction drawings based on approved Real Estate. Projects will include designing new stores, renovation touch-up of stores, and complete store renovations where it is ground up back to the studs. Expected to deliver plans within the project budget.
