One of our Real Estate clients is looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for their sales organization. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and onboarding... high-performing real estate agents (1099 independent contractors).This is a high-volume, outbound recruiting role ? success will come from proactive sourcing and relationship-building, not inbound applications. You will be the first dedicated recruiter at the company and will directly impact company growth.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively source and engage real estate agent talent through outbound channels- Build and manage a continuous pipeline of 1099 independent contractors- Hire 10+ agents per quarter against defined hiring targets- Conduct phone screens and assess candidate fit for commission-based sales roles- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring leaders- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and requisitions in the ATS- Provide data-driven recruiting reports and pipeline updates- Reduce time-to-fill for agent roles to under 30 days- Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sourcing channel performanceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
