However, this role requires someone who is able to work under limited supervision and produce against expectations. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, schematics, work orders, and test procedures; performing both automated and manual testing; and troubleshooting production issues down to the component level. You will then be expected to document results, generate non-conformance reports, and support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
