Manages the project closeout process and turnover of documentation to the Engineering group and/or PM.? Manages and coordinates all aspects of our installation subcontractor?s scope of work while maintaining project schedule.? Manages and completes the project warranty transition process as necessary and coordinates an on-site visit for service personnel and ensures transition to service is achieved.? Ability to manage time and cost budgets for assigned project tasks.? Communicates effectively with all project team members, trade contractors and General Contractors concerning problems, obstacles, issues and information needs from the field and will submit daily and/or weekly summary of work reports to the project team leadership.?
