This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite in Midtown, NYC or Warren, NJ.Day to day?Design and build enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages) ?Define architecture and governance (environments, DLP, access, deployment strategy) ?Integrate with Azure services (SQL, Data Factory, Functions, APIs, Service Bus) ?Build and manage ETL/data pipelines (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) ?Design scalable data models in Dataverse and ensure performance optimization ?Implement security, compliance, and access controls (AAD, RBAC, DLP, regulatory standards) ?Establish CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments (Azure DevOps, GitHub) ?Monitor performance, optimize cost, and improve system efficiency ?Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions ?Produce architecture docs and lead technical discussions/workshops ?Evaluate and implement new capabilities (Fabric, Copilot, AI Builder)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
