Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a University Relations Coordinator. In this role you will collaborate with leadership to identify current and future hiring needs for our University and Technical College recruitment initiatives across the U.S. Your role involves analyzing hiring targets alongside historical data to determine campus recruiting requirements, including schedules, disciplines, and locations. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance campus and military base recruiting efforts by selecting target institutions, coordinating recruiting teams, and crafting comprehensive engagement plans. Additionally, you will oversee on-campus activities, manage charitable contributions, and ensure consistent marketing and branding with universities, students, and veterans. Your responsibilities also include maintaining candidate tracking systems, coordinating the offer process, and ensuring compliance with Affirmative Action plans. Furthermore, you will plan and manage the summer intern program, encompassing onboarding, project assignments, mentorship, field trips, evaluations, and facilitating full-time job offers for selected interns.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables & formulas), and PowerPoint.
- Strong diplomacy skills with a pleasant and friendly demeanor.
General experience with employee policies and benefits administration. Experience with Microsoft Teams.
