? Monitor system cycles, scheduled jobs, and overnight processes to ensure everything runs successfully? Use Control-M:? Monitor job runs? Identify failures or delays? Escalate issues when jobs fail... or alerts trigger? Respond to internal IT tickets, which may range from very few to high volume depending on the night? Troubleshoot basic scheduling or operational issues and route more complex problems to the appropriate teams? Monitor mainframe and infrastructure alerts, escalating as needed? Perform operational tasks such as: ? Printing and handling scheduled output? Pulling and managing printers or print jobs? Running and organizing cabling within the computer room? Support the server and application teams with basic operational tasks and incident response? Make outbound calls to vendors or service providers when issues require external support?
