Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (operations or warehouse environment preferred)
• Strong computer skills, including:
○ Microsoft Outlook
○ Excel
○ PowerPoint
○ SharePoint
• Experience supporting meetings and senior staff
• Invoicing experience across multiple vendors and systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High level of patience, professionalism, and discretion

Day-to-Day:
Insight Global is hiring for an Admin Assistant to sit onsite in Phoenix, AZ. This admin assistant will be:
• Facilitate and support meetings, including:
○ Preparing conference rooms
○ Ordering food and beverages
○ Taking detailed meeting notes
• Coordinate monthly roundtable meetings by gathering information and creating PowerPoint presentations
• Manage invoicing and purchase orders across multiple systems and vendors
○ Ensure accurate domestic and international invoicing (ITOR-related)
○ Work within Oracle and other PO systems
• Maintain SharePoint sites and documentation
• Support badging and visitor sign-in processes
• Assist with employee engagement and general customer service needs
• Partner with another on-site administrator to ensure continuous coverage
• Balance time between administrative desk work (40–50%) and warehouse/site presence (40–50%)
• Think proactively to anticipate administrative and operational needs

Work Environment & Site Requirements
• Fully onsite position at a strictly secure ITOR facility
• Must arrive and operate in alignment with on-site IT and security protocols
• Steel-toed shoes required
• Mandatory overtime may be required based on site needs
• Drug screen required

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
