The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where client service and case progression are critical.This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday?Friday) in the Knoxville office.Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters during the pre-litigation phase- Conduct detailed client intakes and maintain consistent, professional communication throughout the lifecycle of the case- Request, review, and organize medical records, medical bills, insurance documents, and related case materials- Draft demand letters, case summaries, and routine correspondence- Communicate regularly with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and third-party vendors- Track medical treatment, liens, and critical case deadlines- Prepare and submit demand packages for settlement review and negotiation- Assist attorneys with case evaluation, issue identification, and negotiation preparation- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation within the firm?s case management system- Deliver exceptional client service with empathy, professionalism, and urgencyWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
