The Design Operations Manager supports the Product Experience (PX) organization by bringing structure to intake, prioritization, and execution across UX Design and Research teams. This role manages... demand intake, aligns closely with Product and Sales stakeholders, and ensures work is clearly defined and ready to enter PX workflows. They oversee capacity, coordinate work across designers and researchers, track progress, and remove blockers to keep initiatives moving. The role also drives operational consistency through reporting, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of PX processes and tools.
