Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a L&D Director for one of their non-profit organizations for a direct hire opportunity. This resource will be joining the people team to build and scale learning initiatives across the organization. You will design the L&D roadmap, partner with leaders on skill gaps, and embed learning into performance, career development and culture. There is a new LMS system install with historic data to use at your advantage to diagnose with leaders to start building out the future plans of learning & development. This role is a combination of strategy and execution, someone with proven abilities to role out new L&D systems with positive outcomes and results will be needed.
• Refine and execute a strategic learning and development roadmap that supports business objectives and promotes a culture of learning.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs across various teams and levels.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs, workshops, e-learning modules, and other learning initiatives.
• Leverage various learning methodologies, technologies, and resources to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.
• Monitor and assess the impact of training initiatives through metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
• Build relationships with external training providers, vendors, and experts to enhance the range of development opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of Learning & Development management experience
Bachelor's degree (HR, OD, Education, Business, or similar)
CPLP / CPTD Certification
DiSC Certified Practitioner Cert
Experience with different LMS platforms and learning tools
Proven ability to implement and execute L&D across an organization (400+ employees)
Experience hands on building (in-person, virtual, and blended learning programs)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Master's Degree
Prosci Certification (highly preferred)
Experience building ground up L&D
ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model, ROI and learning analytics
