Insight Global is looking for a Finance Manager to support a large academic medical center in NYC, working closely with the Surgery and Transplant departments. This role is responsible for overseeing... day-to-day financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting, while ensuring a clear understanding of where funds come from and how they?re spent across clinical, research, and education operations. The Finance Manager partners closely with both central finance leadership and departmental leaders to explain financial results, support strategic planning, evaluate new initiatives, and ensure all funding sources?such as clinical revenue, grants, and philanthropy?are used appropriately and in compliance.
