Insight Global is seeking a Sourcing Leader to join the Corporate Services Strategic Sourcing team of a leading hospital system in New York. This person will manage the HR category and will be... responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategic sourcing plans for their respective categories, aligning with overall organizational goals. They will identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key stakeholders and service providers and conduct regular performance reviews, as well as collaborate with suppliers to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness. They will also lead negotiations with vendors for various professional services to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements, as well as draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
