This includes evaluating and approving foreclosure figures, addressing litigation matters, and recording pertinent information in software systems. The Foreclosure Specialist will also ensure compliance with foreclosure regulations, keep up to date with legislative changes, and identify opportunities to improve processes. This is a permanent position located in Seal Beach, CA (3x a week on site).
