We are seeking a Lab Integration Engineer to support lab and ground testing of aerospace systems. This role is focused on writing and executing test procedures, running hands-on testing in the lab,... troubleshooting issues, and performing requirement verification and validation in a regulated aerospace environment.The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on engineer who is comfortable working across hardware, software, and control systems, and who thrives in an execution-driven test and integration role.Key Responsibilities:Lab & Ground Test ExecutionWrite and execute lab and ground test procedures for aerospace systems.Run hands-on testing activities in lab environments, ensuring adherence to approved procedures.Collect, review, and interpret test data to assess system performance and compliance.Write clear, accurate test reports documenting execution results and requirement compliance.Troubleshooting & Issue ResolutionTroubleshoot integration, test, and system-level issues encountered during testing.Investigate, document, and drive closure of Problem Reports (PRs).Support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts for test failures or anomalies.Collaborate with software, mechanical, hydraulics, and GNC teams to resolve issues efficiently.Systems Integration & Cross-Functional CoordinationInterface and integrate across internal Boeing teams, USAF stakeholders, and external suppliers.Support integration of mechanical, hydraulic, GNC, and software elements at the system level.Perform system-level analysis to support test planning and issue resolution.Participate in enterprise gated review processes, providing technical inputs and test status.Requirements Verification & ValidationSupport requirements understanding, verification, and validation activities.Trace test procedures and results to system and subsystem requirements.Ensure testing demonstrates compliance with FAA or military certification requirements.Support configuration-controlled environments and formal documentation practices.Compensation:$65/hr to $75/hr.
