Reporting to the PMO Director, the Sr Technical Project Manager is accountable for delivery of a variety of projects within the Technical Maintenance portfolios in a professional, cost-effective and... timely manner, ensuring that Nelnet achieves (or improves upon) the planned technical objectives and financial return from the project.The role of the Sr Technical Project Manager is to plan, execute, and deliver technology-oriented initiatives (infrastructure as well as application development) to agreed constraints of scope, schedule and budget.
