In this role, the individual will be overseeing and developing a team of 4 individuals, setting clear expectations, and creating a high-performance culture. The sr. manager will manage a high volume of recurring and ad-hoc request, as well as work to build and maintain easy-to-use self-service tools for the finance department, often in collaboration with IT developers.The day-to-day responsibilities may include:?Lead and develop a team of four, setting clear objectives and fostering a high[1]performance culture.?Oversee the production, accuracy, and timeliness of recurring financial and operational reports for leadership and practice groups, including overhaul of existing reporting.?Manage the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.?Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools to enhance reporting automation, improve data analysis, and deliver predictive insights.?Collaborate closely with IT to optimize data architecture, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless integration of financial data sources. ?Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Practice Management, and Operations to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.?Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, and scalability.?Stay current with emerging tools and technologies ? including AI ? to strengthen the firm?s analytics capabilities.This is a full-time position that is local to NYC ? in the office 2-3 days a week. Compensation $225k-$250k per year annual salary.
