This role conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and perform unit and integration testing to maintain software quality and reliability. This individual will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, compliant user experiences and will manage deployments and configurations within AWS environments, with potential involvement in Oracle Cloud. This individual will maintain relational databases and build data access layers using JPA and EclipseLink, while optimizing application performance and ensuring adherence to security standards. They will troubleshoot complex issues across multiple platforms, design and implement REST and SOAP integrations, and work with architects, developers, product owners, and testers to align on priorities and deliver cohesive functionality. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools, stay current with emerging technologies, and participate fully in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
