Overview: Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Applications Operations Engineer to support mission-critical FBI enterprise applications under the ITSSS-2 contract. This role provides... advanced technical expertise across application operations, infrastructure coordination, and data systems. The position serves as a key technical resource supporting secure, on-premises environments and ensuring system reliability, performance, and integration across FBI platforms.Responsibilities:? Maintain and support application and infrastructure operations across production, pre-production, and staging environments.? Manage IIS-hosted applications and associated system configurations.? Support primary and secondary on-premises cloud environments, including failover operations.? Coordinate with identity, network, and infrastructure teams (ICAM, F5, vSphere) to resolve access and performance issues.? Manage application service accounts and REST API integrations.? Support .NET-based applications using MVC architecture and repository patterns.? Provide SQL Server querying, maintenance, and performance tuning.? Support quarterly application enhancements and Agile release cycles.? Provide end-user and stakeholder support for application data managers and users.?
