This is a remote, year-round position open to candidates located anywhere within the state. The role involves regular travel to various school districts and metro areas across East Tennessee, along with occasional attendance at regional and potentially national conferences.This position combines educational project management, people development, learning material creation, and sales and marketing efforts to support the continued growth of our client?s rapidly expanding program. Throughout the school year, the focus will be on curriculum coaching and delivery, with responsibilities that may include overseeing up to 83 educational consultants working in classrooms to improve district and school practices through performance feedback. During school breaks, the emphasis will shift toward sales and marketing initiatives and the development of learning materials.This role will be a combination educational project management, people development, learning material development, and sales/marketing in efforts to continue to expand our client\u0027s rapidly growing program. This is a year round position performing curriculum and curriculum delivery coaching.
