Develop and administer site-specific Health & Safety program for assigned project, consistent with established Company policies and in accordance with applicable regulations and standards. Train workforce on safety procedures and requirements. Ensure all elements of contract safety requirements are being followed and adopted. Reports to Site Level Project Manager.Description?Be assigned to the site on a full-time basis for the duration of field activities. The Quality Control Manager will be the ground level owner of project quality control.?Responsible for administration of the quality control management program, and for overall quality control of project related subcontract activities, materials and processes, ensuring contract compliance in accordance with testing, inspections and records.?Have authority to stop and call for resolution or rework for deficient work and request corrective action to maintain project quality requirements.?Monitor and inspect all delivery orders for compliance against approved submittals and confirm that all materials received are ?Buy America? compliant.?Maintain daily records of inspections and certifications.?With support from corporate quality control, lead, produce, maintain and update the site level quality control program in accordance with contract requirements.?Periodically review the quality control program to ensure compliance by all trades.?Utilize the USACE 3-Phase Quality Control system of management. Follow all Preparatory, Initial and Follow-up phase requirements.?Perform daily inspections and re-inspections to ensure any recorded rework or deficiency items have been resolved.?Maintain site level rework log, tracking all items to closure?Responsible for update of client regarding all Preparatory and Initial phase inspections, as well as rework and rework closeout items.?Collect data for the DMLSS system including work orders and equipment history.?May be tasked with preparing training materials and conducting employee quality control training as required.?Procure and manage filing for waste reports, delivery receipts, concrete tickets and other documentation as required for assuring quality compliance.?May assist SSHO with incident and accident reports as needed but has full authority to stop work if unacceptable health or safety conditions are present.?Be assigned to the site on a full-time basis for the duration of field activities. The SSHO will have no duties other than Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) related duties.?Provide day-to-day onsite implementation and enforcement of the accepted APP/SSHP.?Have authority to stop work if unacceptable health or safety conditions exist and take necessary action to re-establish and maintain safe working conditions.?Ensure site compliance with specified SOH requirements, Federal, state and OSHA regulations and all aspects of the APP/SSHP including, but not limited to, activity hazard analyses, sound monitoring, use of PPE, site controls, standard operating procedures used to minimize hazards, safe use of engineering controls, the emergency response plan, confined space entry procedures (as required), spill containment program, and preparation of records by performing a daily safety inspection and documenting results on the Daily Safety Inspection Log.?Have an expert knowledge of EM-385-1-1 and 29 CFR 1926.16.?Receive oversee and develop Activity Hazard Analysis forms for all definable features of work.?Conduct daily safety inspections and document findings into the Daily Safety Inspection Log. Track noted safety deficiencies to ensure that they are corrected.?Oversee daily safety briefs and prior to starting work, to include toolbox talks and briefing of daily applicable AHAs.?Oversee weekly review of upcoming AHAs with client to ensure alignment prior to start of work activity.?Confirm adherence to all Infection Control and Interim Life Safety protocols, including inspections on barriers, HEPA equipment, dust/dirt mitigation into the Medical Clinic and directional signage.?Provide ongoing evaluation of hazardous conditions. In coordination with site management, provide recommendations for changes to procedural or administrative controls and/or personal protective equipment to eliminate those hazards. Consult with the Site Superintendent, and the Contracting Officer to coordinate for any modifications to the accepted APP/SSHP and evaluate as the solution is implemented.?Schedule, coordinate and deliver weekly safety training/briefings to the workforce or procure weekly safety documentation from trade companies. They will be responsible for conducting day-to-day communication, monitoring, and maintaining applications. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a deep understanding of clinical operations, and works with vendors, project teams, and the clients Clinical Representatives/Subject Matter Experts, and end users to tailor the system to fit the organizations needs. They will routinely perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of Clinical Ancillary systems. They will be responsible for developing and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with assigned Clinical Ancillary applications. They will design, build, test, install, train and maintain those solutions. Having experience with Sterile Processing, Food Services, Temperature Monitoring (SPM, CBORD, Elpro etc.) is highly preferred but any ancillary system knowledge is acceptable. We need someone with experience working with cross functional teams (Servers, Network Security, Interfaces etc.) and willing to come onsite at least 3-4 days a week or whatever is required for the project at that time.
