In this scope you will be entering information into Excel and SAP related to work functions and updates happening in the field. This could be related to specific equipment ordered, AFW?s being submitted for jobs to be performed safely, to also supporting financial controls within the projects. We need this person to help with data entry in DPM, submit work authorizations and draft them for each vendor. There is about 50-150 projects per week and half which they could have half of them with RFI's. Some of these RFI's are focused on system hardening, pole and maintenance tags as well as undergrounding. The RFI's could be for new work or existing work. For example, if a contractor took four hours to dig for a pole, they had to bring in special piece of equipment and then we are adding more spend to the original quote. We need you to look at those details and ensure the forecast and billing are accurate.
