They will oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, including project management, construction operations, safety, procurement, and administration. Further Responsibilities Include: - Ensuring projects are planned, staffed, and executed in accordance with schedules, budgets, and specifications. - Allocating resources effectively - including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity. - Establishing, implementing, and monitoring standard operating procedures and standard work practices to improve efficiency. - Developing and managing facility budgets, forecasts, and profit/loss accountability. - Reviewing project bids, proposals, and contract negotiations to ensure competitiveness and profitability, track labor productivity, material usage, and equipment costs to control expenses. - Ensuring proper financial reporting and compliance with corporate requirements.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and new opportunities.- Lead pre-bid and pre-construction activities, including review of drawings, specifications, and site conditions.- Represent the company at client meetings, industry associations, and networking events.- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new markets, services, or geographic expansions.- Recruit, train, and mentor department managers and staff to build a high-performing team.- Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.- Resolve conflicts and provide direction to ensure alignment with company objectives.- Champion the company?s safety culture ensuring compliance with all company safety policies, OSHA, client safety standards and environmental regulations/requirements.- Implement quality assurance programs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as well as contractual obligations.- Support sustainability and corporate responsibility initiatives.- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.- Ensure compliance with all codes and regulations governing electrical and instrumentation work.- Provide regular updates on project status, financial health, workforce needs, and client satisfaction.- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving critical client and project issues.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
