This role will primarily focus on 1st and 2nd level support handling software issues and more complex issues that may not have a KB written and it needs to be researched. Each field office has their own Desktop techs and this role will be a part of the Service Desk team - this team is encompassed of a virtual Tier 1, a virtual Tier 2 Application Support team and now onsite Tier 2 analysts. An international law firm spanning across the US/Europe/Asia is looking for an onsite Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst to join their 365, 24x7 Service Desk. The Service Desk supports roughly 3000+ end... users. This analyst will sit onsite in the Santa Monica CA office 5 days a week - The shift is 8-5pm PST. A large Material Handling Company is looking for a Senior Project Manager. This person will manage full project delivery of an automated material handling warehouse. They will be responsible for... managing everything from budget to scope to timeline to resource and risk management. This person will be the main point of contact interacting with the customer and communicating direction to their core delivery team. The delivery team will consist of PM?s, project engineers, controls, and software engineers. The main project they will be supporting is about $100-200M in value. Once training is complete, this role will require 10-15% travel as it is important for this person to be on site to ensure proper progress is being met on time and on budget. This person must be very driven, highly organized, a strong communicator and a great leader.Pay Range: $50-70/hr depending on experience level. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
