The Contribution Specialist plays a critical role in the end-to-end processing, reconciliation, and quality assurance of employer contributions that fund participant health and pension benefits. This... position sits at the front end of the contribution lifecycle, serving as a key control point where earnings and contribution data are reviewed, reconciled, corrected, and approved before flowing downstream to eligibility and benefit calculations.This role focuses heavily on complex, non-standard contribution scenarios and end to end analysis of scenarios ?including overpayments, underpayments, file exceptions, and reconciliation issues that automation cannot resolve?requiring strong analytical skills, transactional execution, and an accounting-oriented mindset.
