The Senior Fiber Test Engineer will perform advanced fiber optic testing and certification across new and existing data center builds, executing OTDR, OLTS, power meter/light source, and VFL testing... in both single mode and multi mode environments. This role is responsible for validating high density fiber installations, including MPO/MTP trunk systems, and identifying, troubleshooting, and remediating fiber issues in mission critical environments. The engineer will review, analyze, and approve fiber test results and closeout documentation while ensuring all work meets TIA, BICSI, and customer specific standards. In addition, the role supports QA/QC audits, punch list resolution, and commissioning efforts, collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and installation teams on site, and provides mentorship and technical guidance to junior fiber technicians.Health, dental, vision and 401k benefits are included in this role.
