Operating at the intersection of technology, data, and investment domain expertise, this role provides advanced analytical leadership, partners closely with Investments and Operations teams on the business side and the other engineering teams, and ensures that solutions align with business strategy, regulatory needs, and enterprise technology standards. Lead the discovery efforts, translating complex investment management processes into detailed functional requirements and solution proposals. This resource will act as a technical thought leader by defining end-to-end data pipeline requirements, covering all phases of data management, including Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Ingestion, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, Data Security, Business Intelligence, and Data Analysis. You will help to oversee the implementation of new applications or enhancements to existing ones, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting business requirements. This involves contributing to resource planning for analysis workstreams and functional technology needs, leveraging deep subject matter expertise across investment management domains with a broad understanding of how upstream and downstream systems interact. You will support integration initiatives involving APIs, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platform while also guiding analysts and cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, including requirements, refinement, planning, UAT, and go-live.
