Senior QA Analyst

A large healthcare organization is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to support enterprise applications within an Agile/Scrum environment. While Salesforce is the primary platform, direct Salesforce experience is not required but is very helpful. This is an onshore, individual contributor role requiring the ability to independently manage day‑to‑day QA responsibilities while serving as an onshore point of contact and partnering with offshore resources as needed.
The Senior QA Analyst will own the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, automation, and production support. This role will work closely with the Scrum Master, Developers, Business Analysts, QA team members, and management to ensure sprint priorities and deliverables are met in a regulated healthcare environment.

Compensation
$40/hr – $43/hr

-Strong senior‑level QA experience supporting complex applications
-Exceptional manual testing skills with strong critical thinking
-Full QA lifecycle experience:Test planning and execution
, Defect management, Functional and regression testing
-Hands‑on automation experience – must be able to build, code, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks (not just execute scripts)
-Automation experience using:Java, Selenium, TestNG, Page Object Model design
-Experience reviewing user stories and use cases, writing test cases, executing tests, and maintaining test artifacts
Ability to provide estimates, QA metrics, and regular status updates
-SQL skills (required) for data validation
-Excel experience, including formula validation
-Experience working within Scrum/Agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies
-Healthcare experience with strong knowledge of HIPAA and PHI requirements
-Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote environment

-Salesforce testing experience (primary platform, not required but very helpful)
-Experience with Jira and Confluence
-Experience with Zephyr Scale or similar test management tools
-Experience supporting or coordinating with offshore QA teams
-Exposure to Kafka
-Interest in contributing to QA process improvements
