Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to support a dedicated Scrum team responsible for building a customer-facing microsite for one of their top health tech clients. This role will serve as the... voice of the business, translating product strategy and stakeholder needs into clearly defined, prioritized backlog items to drive high-quality, on-time delivery. The Product Owner will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with customer value, brand standards, and enterprise platform capabilities.Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the work for the microsite Scrum team, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business objectives- Translate product vision, user needs, and stakeholder requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Architecture to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer standards- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in collaboration with the Scrum Master- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day product decisions, quickly unblocking the team as questions arise- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, milestones, and release plans- Ensure microsite functionality, content, and integrations meet quality, performance, accessibility, and security expectations- Validate completed work against acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed- Continuously gather feedback and use data and insights to refine requirements and improve user experiencePay ranges from $15-30/hr based on qualifications and years of experienceWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
