This person will be responsible for managing the planning and coordination of stakeholders for shut-ins (also known as shutdowns or turnarounds) from start of planning, through execution, and to closeout. The role will support various GOA offshore facilities. A client in the Lebanon, TN area is looking for a Sr. Inventory Analyst to join their team. They will be responsible for, but not limited to, the duties below.Key Duties:?Develops and executes daily... inventory transfers of raw materials from offsite warehouse to production unit to maintain optimum inventory levels at production unit?Develops and executes excess inventory transfers of raw materials from production unit to offsite warehouse for best space utilization?Reviews and maintains Safety Stock inventory levels, ensuring Safety Stock is updated and accurate based on the latest demand plan.?Collaborates with other Supply Chain team members on recommended Safety Stock changes and drives the execution of those changes.?Performs regular Weeks of Supply review analysis and provides recommendations for changes.?Collaborates with Buyers on recommended Weeks of Supply changes, including push/pull/cancel POs and drives the execution of those changes.?Performs regular item rank analysis review and drives any necessary updates.?Performs coverage group analysis and collaborates with Buyers on recommendations.?Utilize strong analytical skills to prepare inventory reports and provide insights.?Collaborates with IT and Finance on inventory report accuracy and needs.?Develop and maintain inventory metrics, including turns and in stock percentage by item rank.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
