We are looking for a Hardware Engineer in Fremont, CA. You will contribute to the failure analysis of hardware products across platforms such as servers and networking equipment. This role will take... ownership of issue debugging and conduct in-depth failure analyses. The Hardware Engineer will support engineering and production teams by providing actionable insights that improve product reliability, manufacturability, and quality.This position is part of the Engineering Services team, which works across departments to support the engineering and operation teams with technical expertise in electronics, operational software, and systems integration.Duties/Responsibilities:- Failure Analysis and Debugging: Investigate of hardware failures during development or production. Identify root causes, propose solutions, and support corrective action implementation.- New Product Introduction (NPI): Participate in product transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing. Translate engineering specifications into operational guidance, and support ramp-up through documentation, feedback, and troubleshooting.- Documentation: Produce detailed reports on test outcomes, debug findings, and engineering support activities.
