Insight Global is seeking to hire Deployment Managers to support an Air Traffic Control Voice Communication, Information, and Network Solutions program under the FAA. This individual will be managing... the deployment of critical infrastructure in operational facilities. This role is the focal point for interactions with the Governments Implementation Kead and the Governments site POCs for implementation activities. Main responsibilities will be developing and monitoring nationwide implementation schedule, communicate plans, status reporting, quality oversight, for work deliverables, customer issue resolution, resource scheduling, staffing management and overall implementation schedule performance. Additional responsibilities include:-1) Overseeing the development of the Site Implementation Management Plan (SIMP)-2) Co-chairing working groups, conferences, and technical interchange meetings relevant to system implementation -3) Developing implementation processes and workflows-4) Developing and monitoring the execution of implementation schedules-5) Reviewing implementation-related deliverables (e.g., Site Survey Reports, Site Installation Plans, etc.) to ensure they meet contractual requirements-6) Assigning task responsibilities to Contractor personnel supporting implementation activities-7) Ensuring that the Contractor meets system delivery and implementation commitments-8) Leading the Implementation portion of the Contractors quarterly program reviews-9) Identifying, assessing, and minimizing implementation risks.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
