Insight Global is looking for an HR Generalist who will play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic manufacturing workforce for one of our consumer package goods clients across two of their... manufacturing plant locations ? Vancouver and Ridgefield, WA. In this role, you?ll conduct attendance audits, track points for hourly associates, and manage behavioral investigations with appropriate corrective actions. You?ll work closely with plant leadership and HR teams to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment for a blended workforce of approximately 500 hourly and salaried employees.This is a full-time, onsite position based primarily in Vancouver, with occasional travel to Ridgefield. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact team in a fast-paced setting.
