Continually review quality and development of 2D, 3D CAD, and BIM processes throughout the Division and update as needed based on new application features, added toolsets, and 3rd Party application add-ins. Manage and run internal CAD/BIM Dept. 0380 application implementations adopted in yearly Facilities Business planning and overall corporate initiatives. Manage and lead CAD/BIM content development for Facilities Production depts. Specific focus on creating Revit MEP content. Understand Facilities client-specific CAD/BIM Standards, requirements and provide support accordingly. Assist PM group and Production Departments with setting up project budgets and scope regarding 3D CAD/BIM and model coordination. The Environmental Permitting & Compliance team is... responsible for the development and on-time delivery of environmental permits to support construction of Data Centers needed to buildout cloud infrastructure. he Environmental Compliance Manager Enablon Lead will manage Enablon implementation for construction environmental permits andregulations and cooperate with internal/external business partners to achieve compliance goals. This role requires regular engagement with key stakeholders, including Compliance,Permitting, Legal, Design, Construction, and Operations teams, and outside consultants andcontractors. The region for this role is for AMER, including, Canada, the continental US, andLatin America.The Environmental Compliance Manager Enablon Lead will be a key player in both the strategy development and compliant execution of construction environmental permits in Enablon for our projects during the construction phase of our DC lifecycle.Specific Job Task Populate Enablon templates with applicable environmental permits and regulations for over 70 projects. Includes team cross coordination prior to, during, and after template population. The job requires strong knowledge in environmental regulations related to Clean Water Act sections 402, 401, and 404, Clean Air Act, and SPCC.Roles and Responsibilities - The Environmental Compliance Manager Enablon Lead is part of alarger environmental team composed of environmental permitting and compliance managers thatsupports the on-time delivery and execution of data center while ensuring compliance with allenvironmental approvals. Specific responsibilities will include: Coordinate with subject-matter experts as needed to accurately populate Enablontemplates. Coordination with Permit Managers to understand permit conditions to ensure Enablontemplates enable compliance with all environmental approvals Coordination with EHS Enablon team for loading populated templates into the software Responsible for assigning tasks and meeting with task owners / responsible parties, asneeded. Management of Enablon templates including regular reporting to internal stakeholders. Communication of environmental requirements and environmental expertise to diverseinternal and external stakeholders.
