Insight Global is seeking an Account Manager to join one of our manufacturing clients to cover their semiconductor portfolio. The role is responsible for identifying and establishing effective sales... channels to support customers with assigned products and applications, while developing targeted marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact. This position involves designing and executing territory-specific sales plans aligned with divisional distribution strategies, focusing on both new customer acquisition and the growth of key existing accounts. The individual will analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure alignment with company goals. Collaboration with marketing is essential to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. A strong emphasis is placed on customer engagement, including prompt communication, CRM utilization, regular site visits, and building long-term relationships with industrial contractors and facility managers. The role also includes market development responsibilities such as implementing innovative distribution programs, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic insights to management.
