Workflow Integration Ensure analytics solutions are embedded in decision-making workflows and align with user needs and organizational goals. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical leaders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure ongoing value from analytics investments. Quality and Governance Drive adoption of data governance and documentation practices in partnership with data stewards. Ensure alignment with best practices in data integrity, reproducibility, and compliance. Innovation and Modernization Leverage cloud-native platforms such as Databricks and tools like Tableau, Power BI, and R/Python to drive automation, visualization, and insight delivery. Champion GenAI adoption when relevant.
