The role is assisting with business expansions for an oncology practice based in the state of Florida. As the practice expands to new locations, new service lines, and tucks in new practices, this role will be involved in all IT aspects of the projects. There are clinical team, data engineering, and radiation oncology teams to cross collaborate with. We are seeking a technically skilled and execution-focused Sr. IT Project Engineer to support the delivery of IT infrastructure and integration projects across our oncology practice networks and systems. This role will primarily drive the execution of technical infrastructure initiatives such as practice integrations, network refreshes, hardware deployments, and ISP coordination, while working closely with broader technical teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating multi-site deployments and technical workstreams in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.? Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including:o New practice IT integrations and onboardingo Network refresh and optimization effortso Server and hardware installationso Telecom and ISP setup and migrations? Translate project goals into actionable engineering tasks with clear timelines and deliverables.? Coordinate closely with internal technical teams, vendors, and field support resources.?
