A customer of Insight Global is looking for an operations supervisor to play a critical role in executing essential programs and processes to the plant operations in the Battle Creek area. This... person will work with team members and other leaders across the plant floor to solve problems, as well as execute continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will support the production line and lead all activities on their assigned shift while working towards achieving production goals. They will also identify root causes of breakdowns and troubleshoot any issues. This person will be a significant leader in developing and motivating the team, as well as building unity across all the work teams, while identifying opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively to produce a great product. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education The range for this role varies from $25-33/hour. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
