Key Responsibilities in Order of Importance:Data Analytics & Dashboarding:? Develop and maintain dashboards using Zoho, QlikView, and/or Qlik Sense.? Translate business needs into insightful, actionable reports.? Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting. IT Administration & Support:? Administer Microsoft Exchange environments (both Office 365 and On-Premises).? Manage remote desktop environments and support users via RDP.? Maintain and configure network firewalls, including FortiGate and Azure Firewall.? Configure and manage SFTP and FTP servers and protocols.? Provide general IT support and manage hardware, software, and network systems.? Document technical procedures and create support documentation. System & Tool Integration:? Work with Transportation Management Systems (keysoftwaresystems?s Xcelerator preferred).? Support and manage ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Help Scout).? Contribute to IT-related projects and systems integration efforts.Compensation: $45/hrto $55/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
