The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of... gaming products within their assigned territory. This includes handling service calls, performing preventive maintenance, and participating in major product installations and conversions. The role involves regular travel and physical activity, such as lifting and moving equipment. An ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience working on a slot floor, specifically servicing slot machines. Technicians also provide on-site training to customers, maintain accurate service records, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations. Additionally, they support trade shows, new product rollouts, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance our client's reputation in the industry.
