The Contracts Administrator serves as an integral part of the organizations operations team that facilitates the planning, award and execution of a diverse $2B research and development project... portfolio in defense, aviation systems, infrastructure, energy and environmental technology, communications and information technology domains. The Contracts Admin will also work closely with Government contracting offices and consortium member companies and institutions to ensure successful project outcomes so communication skills are crucial. 50% of the work will be related to proposals and 50% is contract execution. Contracts Admins will typically manage between 30-40 contracts fluidly, with prioritization across 3-5 as the SME to identify potential compliance gaps that could cause roadblocks in project delivery.
