The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, translating mission requirements into compelling technical visions, and guiding cross-functional teams from concept to delivery.This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to federal customers?leading multiple teams in rapidly iterating on solution design, validating concepts through prototypes, and presenting strategic recommendations to executives and stakeholders. Success in this role requires critical thinking, technical breadth and depth, and a proven ability to overcome constraints such as budget, schedule, and available resources to deliver value-driven outcomes.Compensation: $100/hr to $108/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
